The client, a leading IT services provider, was looking to significantly enhance their digital marketing capabilities. They wanted to add additional capacity to their existing in-house to handle the growing demands of their business. The client organization was growing fast and they needed a partner to collaborate with their in-house marketing team and setup a scalable dedicated team, to support the in-house team.
Our Role & Approach
Understanding the client’s unique challenges and requirements, we set up a niche and high capabilities digital center. This center comprised a team of digital experts responsible for managing the client’s digital strategy and operations. We followed a systematic approach to manage the digital center, delivering the project at 50% cost as the US.
