Our Role & Approach
We set up two dedicated teams for the client – one for Inventory Management and another for Digital Marketing. The Inventory Management team included experts from Inventory Manager, Inventory Analyst, Procurement Specialist, and Inventory Coordinator. The Digital Marketing team included digital experts with skills in Creative Graphic and Digital Marketing.
