A pioneering initiative aimed at empowering entrepreneurs with disabilities through a fully digital commerce platform engaged Targetorate for an inclusive UI/UX design project. The goal was to create accessible and equitable experiences for creators, buyers, and support organizations.

- Tools Used: Adobe XD, Contrast Checker, Stark plugin for accessibility design

- Adaptive UI with accessible font sizing and contrast ratios
- Alternate text structures for all visual media
- Clear call-to-action hierarchy and guided workflows for new user
- Multistate buttons and toggles with ARIA labeling for assistive tech
- Interaction Testing: Conducted with real users representing neurodiverse and physically impaired groups (via NVDA and JAWS screen readers)
- Modules Designed: Creator storefront, buyer cart flow, onboarding wizard, support chat
- Performance Design: Focused on lightweight components for fast loading and low cognitive load
Outcomes
- 95% of beta testers rated the interface as intuitive and inclusive
