The Challenge
A strong product needed a stronger presence in the market.
The client is a B2B health-tech SaaS platform built specifically for human service professionals. Its industry-specific tools help agencies reduce administrative work, maximize capacity utilization, accelerate claim submissions, and strengthen process compliance.
The product had the technical depth to serve everyone from micro-agencies to large enterprises.
But its digital presence did not yet communicate that depth.
Search visibility was limited. Social presence was still developing. Email outreach lacked a structured campaign ecosystem. Website messaging was broad and did not clearly communicate the platform’s value to its specific audience. Marketing activity existed across different channels, but the channels were not yet working together around a defined buyer journey.
The market itself made this more important.
Human services is a specialized category with distinct terminology, audiences, workflows, and buying behaviours. Reaching these buyers required more than broad healthcare or SaaS messaging.
The task was to build visibility where the audience was already looking, create a clearer reason to engage, and connect that attention to a path toward conversion.
The Approach
The strategy was built around a simple principle:
Every channel should have a job – and those jobs should work together.
Search and content would build discoverability. Social would build familiarity and market presence. Paid campaigns would bring relevant audiences into the ecosystem. The website would give that traffic a clearer value proposition and path forward. Email would turn engagement into ongoing conversations. Webinars would create opportunities to actively engage and nurture the market.
Rather than putting all the focus on the channel showing the fastest result, the strategy kept the wider ecosystem active and complementary.
Find the signals that matter
Search results, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console, Capterra, and Gather were used to understand what audiences were searching for, how they were reaching the brand, and where opportunities existed across the buyer journey.
This helped move the marketing away from broad category messaging toward topics, terminology, and intent signals that were more relevant to the actual audience.
Make the value proposition clearer
The website was repositioned around the people the platform was built for.
Messaging moved from broad descriptions toward more specific category language, clearer value propositions, and more direct audience and product communication.
Product pages, audience pages, videos, navigation, and page structures were refined to make the platform easier to understand and explore.
Make email a conversion engine
Email became a central part of the marketing system.
The infrastructure was organized, the database was cleaned and expanded, and campaigns were developed around audience segments and different stages of engagement.
This gave the client a more structured way to move prospects from initial interest toward higher-intent interactions.
Build visibility beyond the inbox
Email did not work in isolation.
SEO content, social media, paid advertising, testimonials, case studies, lead-generation resources, and webinars continually created new opportunities for the audience to discover and interact with the brand.
Recurring webinars were particularly valuable as an engagement layer – creating a reason for prospects to return to the website, interact with email, and engage with the brand across social channels.
The Results
More visibility. More engagement. More qualified demand.
The shift from disconnected marketing activity to a connected ecosystem created measurable movement across key channels.
Email became a stronger source of conversion
~33% average open rate Up
from approximately 10%.
5–6% average click rate
Up from 1%.
~50% increased conversions per month
The improvement demonstrated the role of a structured, segmented email ecosystem in converting an audience that already had familiarity with the category.
Paid campaigns became more targeted
Improved category and audience targeting generated approximately 80% of leads per month through paid campaigns.
Rather than simply increasing traffic, the focus shifted toward bringing the right audiences into the marketing ecosystem.
Webinars amplified engagement across channels
Recurring webinars became a strong source of market interest.
During webinar-led campaigns:
- Email interaction grew by nearly 5×.
- Website traffic grew by approximately 10×.
The campaigns also generated higher-quality lead conversion during the month, showing how a single market-facing event could create activity across multiple connected channels.
The marketing journey became visible
One of the strongest qualitative signals came when the client began seeing leads progress through the marketing journey that had been deliberately built — from initial interaction through engagement and conversion.
The work also helped internal teams develop stronger alignment around the industry, buyer behavior, and the brand’s communication style.
